A matching set of three Daisy and Button pattern early American pattern or pressed glass (EAPG) cruets consisting of a 3" salt and a 3" pepper shaker plus a 3-3/4" hinged-lid mustard pot. The colours include yellow, amber and ice blue and all pieces retain their original metal lids. They are in very good original c1880s condition with no cracks, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some minor chipping to the bottom rims where they sat in the (now missing) fitted glass bottom tray and some minor dents and scrapes to the salt and pepper lids. A matching set of six hand-made late Victorian 5-1/4" cut crystal wine glasses with fine teal coloured bowls. They have fine hand-cut stems, faceted bottoms on the bowls and applied bases. A hand painted Ashworth Imari ironstone dinner plate from 1899. This wonderfully decorative Victorian 10-1/2" dinner plate is in the Imari palette with a cobalt and gold border and a central floral panel with Oriental cameos around the edge. We haven't found a name for this pattern however B2050 is the same except with a black ground. It has various stamps including the Ashworth's Ironstone crown mark, B, an artist cypher, the B3665(?) pattern number, an impressed W, plus a hard to read impressed mark and a 7/99 date stamp. This super display plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, losses, damage or repairs. A Gorham sterling silver miniature chamber stick or candle holder dated 1891. This Victorian era ornate chamberstick stands 1-5/8" high and it measures 3-3/8" across the base. It is stamped with the lion/anchor/G mark, along with STERLING 181 and the year cypher for 1891. Although a dainty size, these small candle holders sat on a writing deak or in a travel writing desk, as they had the practical use of melting sealing wax for an envelope or document. It weighs 41.6 grams. The maximum taper width for the opening is 9/16" across. It is in excellent condition with no monograms, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. A Queensland Bulldog Club award sterling silver cream & sugar 1916. This sterling silver creamer and sugar was given as an award for the Queensland Bulldog Club Championship of 1916. This is fully hallmarked for Sheffield England 1915-16. It consists of the 5" from handle to handle open sugar bowl and the matching creamer. Each piece retains their original interior gilding and they both have the Chester mark for 1915; the sugar bowl has the maker's mark for Joseph and Richard Griffin (est. 1915-16). This set was obtained from an Australian who brought it to Canada, and we are fairly sure that Q.B.C. refers to the Queensland Bulldog Club, a dog club founded in 1915. This set weighs 94.0 grams and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. A Japanese Moriage green footed & handled porcelain vase circa 1880 with roses. This finely decorated pale green 4-1/2" high vase has a crimped neck, two handles, and three feet, and it features hand painted roses and leaves on a green ground. It is decorated with pale yellow and white jeweling and and pipework. It is unsigned as expected. An ornate, finely decorated rectangular galley drinks tray c1910. This 11-1/8 x 8" tray has a pierced gallery and it is of heavy and solid construction (it weighs 640 grams). It is silver plated on copper and it has the maker's mark for Charles Howard Collins of Birmingham, England (founded c1895). A 19thC Royal Copenhagen white bisque porcelain plaque with cherubs circa 1860 1880. This antique Danish 6" x 4-7/8" wall has a detailed scen of cheubic figures helping to gather and crush grapes. It is marked ENERET EB on the back with the three blue lines Copenhagen mark. This item is in very good condition with no crazing, losses, damage or repairs other than some original firing lines/cracks cracks on the top and bottom edges which are original to the manufacture of the piece and two small edge chips on the right hand edge. A Moritz Elimeyer 900 silver brandy pan or measure, probably dating to the late 19th century. This elegant antique silver piece has a twist decoration and interior gilding. It is 5-1/4" in length with the bowl measuring 2-5/8 across the rim with a depth of 1-1/4". It has the company and German post 1886 silver marks of ELIMEYER 900 with an S with crossed hammers Dresden maker's mark and the German post 1886 silver moon and crown. It holds approximately 2 - 2-1/2 ounces, and was used to add a little warming brandy to alleviate the chill in cold weather. It also has a crowned CL crest/monogram on the handle which appears to be a legacy mark from the 16th century House of Hanover royal monogram of Christian Louis, Duke of Brunswick-Luneburg (this item was possibly owned by a descendant). This is the same House of Hanover related to the current British royal family from the reign of George I, who was the reigning Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg when he became the king of England is 1720. This item weighs 82.3 grams, and it is in excellent antique condition with no breaks, corrosion, losses, damage or visible repairs.
