A vintage Art Nouveau sterling silver 4-3/4" jam spoon c1895. This spoon has a 1-1/4 x 7/8" acanthus leaf bowl, a twist-style stem, and it is stamped STERLING with an obscured maker's mark, and it is in excellent original condition with no scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. A vintage English sterling Arts & Crafts pierced tea strainer, fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1905-6. This 5-1/2" strainer has a simple tubular handle with a closed end. It is widest at the handle end, and tapers towards the bowl. It has a pierced 2-3/4" bowl; it has a THH & Co. maker's mark, most likely for T. H. Hazelwood & Company. The transfer pattern is on one side, and this creamer has the THREE CROWN CHINA GERMANY mark and an inscribed 34 297/00 1/2; it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, losses, damage or repairs other than some slight rubbing to the lustre on the upper rim. A fine quality two piece openwork sterling string holder, made by Gorham c1890-1900. This holder weighs 3 ounces, it measures 3-1/4" in diameter and it stands 3-1/4" high. It has the Gorham maker's mark with STERLING B1294 on the bottom, and this item is in excellent condition, with no monograms, corrosion, repairs or damage; there is a tiny dent on the bottom. A 5" high genuine Sheffield plate helmet-style cream jug c1780-1800. Sheffield plate predates electroplating and it consists of thin layers of silver laid on to copper sheets; the sandwich of metals is then formed into the desired object. This unsigned creamer is in very good original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs; it has the expected areas of copper blush from polishing over the last couple of centuries.
