A beautiful, high quality signed Japanese Satsuma small 5" plate c1900. This plate features lush goldwork and a notched, gold trimmed edge. It has a nicely painted scene of flowers with bamboo and a bird. It has a signature on the back, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, scrapes, losses, damage or repairs; it has some fine overall crazing. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use.
