A scarce late Victorian period saphiret (or sapphiret) brooch in the form of a three-leaf clover c1880-1900. The facetted saphirets show the expected blue shimmer (much more intense in real life than in our pictures) and it has a paste stone in the center and at the end of the leaf stem. The setting is brass, and it has the original c-clasp. We have not touched or polished the brass, which is tarnished, but will polish it if requested. All stones are claw set, and this pin has the original c-clasp. This pin is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a bit of bending to the pin. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. starts at $6.30 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card. Items paid with a credit card will be shipped to confirmed addresses only. We do ship internationally. All of our prices are in $US. NOTE: we DO NOT accept PayPal.
