A nice vintage sterling silver bar or tie pin in the form of a football or soccer ball. This 1-3/4" pin has a 1/2" finely detailed half soccer ball and it closes with a c-clasp and it is stamped STERLING on the back. It has the maker's mark for Ryrie, a Canadian firm later bought out by Birks, Canada's finest retailer. A vintage Art Deco sterling silver sautoir necklace c1920s. It is 18" in length (not counting drop, which hangs 1-1/8"), with an all-over faceted cut green glass drop suspended from an unfoiled round antique cut crystal stone in an open back setting. This attractive Art Deco period necklace is stamped STERLING and GERMANY on the clasp, with a E in a diamond mark, which means it was sold at Eaton's, a Canadian fine goods retail chain no longer in operation. The green drop looks like chrysophrase or imperial jade, but it is undoubtedly cut glass as it is not as cool to the touch as a genuine stone should be (we haven't had it tested). It is in very good condition with no cracks, corrosion, repairs or replacements, but please note there is a very tiny flake on one upper edge of the crystal (barely visible).
