A vintage 1930s Mexican sterling silver 1-1/2 x 1-3/8" posey holder brooch c1930s. This pin is in the form of a two-handled storage jar with an opening for a small spray of flowers; it is stamped SILVER MEXICO, it has a c-clasp (formerly a safety catch with the locking wheel missing), and it weighs 8.8 grams. This item is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the loss of the locking wheel (the pin remains strong and secure). A great looking Mexican sterling silver Metales Casados pin c1950s-60s. This anamorphic 2-1/4" X 1 3/4" pin has a black resin stylized bird on a silver, copper and brass ground; the silver backing to the black resin is stamped HECHO EN MEXICO 925 and it has a safety catch. A most attractive sterling silver Art Nouveau vintage brooch c1900. A flowing haired fin-du-siecle beauty, staring wistfully off, with a large poppy (a symbol of forgetfulness) beside her. It is a large brooch, measuring 2 7/16" x 2 1/4". Sterling front and back, and it is very slightly curved, as they sometimes were, to sit better on the body. It is stamped Sterling only, but is clearly a fine quality example. Original nickle pin and c-clasp, and excellent condition - no damage or repairs. A vey nice example of Art Nouveau jewellery. A vintage Art Deco English sterling necklace with a lovely amethyst crystal drop, on its original card/stand c1920-30. This 15-1/2" silver chain has a barrel clasp and it has a triangular claw-set 1-1/8 x 1/2" crystal pendant. It comes on its original plush standup card which retains its original celluloid label, stating "EXQUISITE" RHODIUM PLATED STERLING SILVER MADE IN ENGLAND.
