A vintage 1930s rhodium plated sterling silver 1-1/4" brooch with a circle of marquisites and a central celluloid Rembrandt picture. It has an unusual c-clasp with retaining spring, and the marcasites flash brightly. It is marked MADE IN ENGLAND RHODIUM PLATED STERLING SILVER, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. An early circa 1920s charm bracelet with some gilt silver and silver plated charms, some from the Olympics. The .800 silver simple chain has a spring-ring catch and measures 6-6-7/8" long, and the charms, with free sliding loops, include: finely enamelled ladybug in circle (silver, not marked), Olympic Parthenon (5 circles logo, introduced in 1913, silver plated), padlock (hand carved celluloid, bakelite or wood), Olympic rings (coloured enamel, enamel loss and silverplate wear), hollow heart (unmarked, wear, probably silverplate), cello (unmarked), and a carved pig of genuine coral. This item is in very good original condition with no corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than mentioned above. A late Victorian or Edwardian vintage sterling silver pin with a mounting bar, to hold a ribbon, military/decorative medal or ribbon fob c1890-1910. It measures 1-1/2" x 1/2" and it has a deeply carved floral design and a matte or satin finish. It has a 1-18" (27 mm) closed bar below the pin to hold a medal or ribbon fob. It has not ever been monogrammed or engraved, and it is marked STERLING with the maker's or retailer's mark for George Lees & Co of Hamilton, Canada (known to exist 1885-1915).
