An unusual 19th century Victorian cast brass footed trivet with a Masonic design c1890s. This 7-1/2" x 4-7/8" trivet has three 1-3/8" tall legs. It has an openwork design with the legend OUR AIN FIRE SIDE and the Masonic dividers/compass. It is typically unsigned and the top has been polished (the underside is unpolished). This item is in excellent original condition with no scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted. A set of six 4-3/8" silver plated coffee or 5 o'clock spoons with applied cobalt blue enamel Scottish Rite symbols c1950. These spoons are in the Rogers International Cromwell pattern, introduced in 1912; five of the symbols match exactly, one has been applied with the angle off by one turn. This set is in excellent original condition with no cracks, pattern wear, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. is $6 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
