A huge and impressive handpainted orange lustre vase issued by Crown Ducal c1920-30. This vase has the mold number B7 on the bottom and it features a mottled and streaked orange lustre glaze with applied hand painted flowers and branches in brown, green, yellow and orange with white leaves. The high raised leaf and branch design with the overpainting and luster give a folksy look to this 10-7/8" tall bulbous shaped vase. This wonderful display piece is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, staining, repairs or damage other than some minor loss to the overpainted flowers on one side (yellow and orange flakes on the cold painting), and some craze lines flanking the lower doulble floral applique and a couple of very slight scratches to the lustre. Our pictures are a bit dull and dark - this vase is a medium pumpkin orange colour lustre. Shipping is $12 (to the US - other spots may vary) - insured is higher. We do ship internationally. All of our prices are in $US.
