A 7/8" across 18k yellow gold plated over sterling silver heart shaped pendant with a small genuine diamond at the point. It comes with a gilt 925 sterling 18" chain from Italy, with a springring clasp. The heart itself is stamped 925 and CHINA and this necklace weighs 3.5 grams. It comes with the hard shell leatherette wrapped box which is stamped 18 Kt. GOLD OVER STERLING SILVER DIAMOND ACCENT in gold. The heart on first view appears to have diamonds all around, but that is due to the finish. This item is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
