| An attractive English porcelain blue and white 8" transfer plate, made by John Meir & Son, Tunstall, Staffordshire Potteries, England, in business from 1837-97. This plate, which probably dates from about 1840-1860, is in the Roselle pattern, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs other than some overall crazing. It is stamped in underglaze blue Roselle and J.M.& Co in a crowned garter belt mark. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping is $8 (to the US - other spots may vary) - insured is higher. We do ship internationally. All of our prices are in $US. | ||
