| A fantastic novelty Art Deco era rhodium plated brooch c1920-30 in the form of a feathered top hat with engraved band and a free-swinging chain-mounted cane. In rhodium plate, this 6-3/4" x 2-1/8" brooch is unsigned and it has a safety catch; it is in excellent original condition with no scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use.
