| A sterling silver Scottish 1-7/8" across coat pin, fully hallmarked for Glasgow, Scotland 1949-50. It has an RA maker's mark and it features a thistle design with an amber claw-set open-backed crystal stone. It has a simple c-clasp and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. There is some roughness to the silver flanking the stone where some of the cast silver hasn't been removed cleanly. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. is $5 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
