| An ornate Victorian period 9-1/4" silver plated berry or casserole serving spoon by the Toronto Silver Plate Co. c1880s-90. They were in business from 1879-1905. The bowl of the spoon measures 3-1/2" x 2-3/4", and it has an attractive raised pattern. It is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, pattern wear, plate wear, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. The plating is in exceptionally fine and unused looking condition, so we believe that it may have been replated at some point in the past. It has not been monogrammed. It is stamped TORONTO SILVER PLATE Co. A1. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use.
