| A 9-3/8" large berry or casserole sterling silver spoon with a gilt bowl in the Saxon pattern, introduced by Birks Canada in 1914. This sterling silver serving piece retains its original gilding, and it has an A monogram. It weighs 86 grams (3.1 ounces) and it is stamped BIRKS STERLING. It is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use.
