Whiting LOUIS XV STERLING BERRY or CASSEROLE SPOON
An unmonogrammped 7-3/4" solid handle sterling silver berry or casserole spoon in the Louis XV flatware pattern, introduced by Whiting in 1891. This serving piece has the Whiting mark plus STERLING PAT. 1891 and the Wm. WISE & SON retailer's stamp. It weighs 53.0 grams, the bowl measures 3-1/4 x 2-3/8" and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. starts at $8 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
