A Cunard Queen Elizabeth I ship tie clip 1930s. This gilt brass and celluloid 2-3/4" tie clip dates to 1938-40 and it depicts the Cunard steamship liner Queen Elizabeth I. Launched in 1938, the QEI was retrofitted for the war effort in 1940, and relaunched in 1946. She was taken out of service as a luxury liner in 1968. This clip features a 5/8" x 1/2" celluloid view of the ship, with Queen Elizabeth written below the ship, and it is in excellent original condition with no cracks, scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs; there is a slight patina of fine scratches visible (when looked at under a 10X loupe) on the celluloid, but these are not otherwise visible or noticeable. A dazzling cherry red and sparkling white crystal and paste Art Deco coat or dress clip c1920. The beautiful quality brilliant cherry red unfoiled cut glass stones and the centre white round antique cut rhinestone are riveted (they spin) onto the delicate brass filigree back. The colour is deeper and more sparkling than they appear in our unfortunate pictures... There is a a two spike coat clip behind this, and it measures 1 13/16" across. A matching set of three Daisy and Button pattern early American pattern or pressed glass (EAPG) cruets consisting of a 3" salt and a 3" pepper shaker plus a 3-3/4" hinged-lid mustard pot. A Dorflinger decanter with a blown stopper and label circa 1900. This 12-3/8" tall wine decanter (including stopper) is simple and undecorated and made by Dorflinger Glass Co. (1862-1921). This decanter measures 6" across the body, and this decanter retains its original (slightly worn) Dorflinger small sticker or label on the bottom. An E A Bliss gold plated buckle design sash brooch circa 1895. This hand engraved pin measures 3-1/8" x 1-5/8" and has the original c-clasp. It has the company mark of the EA Bliss company of New York (est. 1875). This company later became Napier. Sash pins were quite popular at the end of the Victorian era, with some fine Art Nouveau designs also.
