A large vintage socket-blade cabinetmaker's slotted screwdriver circa 1920. This furniture maker's tool measures 18" long, including the 7-1/2" faceted massive wood handle with brass ferrule and an incised N initial on the handle. The hexagonal 1/2" wide blade is firmly mounted, and this vintage tool has a wonderful patina. This one is stamped A800 with an A (bee or figure) C maker's mark. This mark was used in Belgium on silver articles after 1942, we have been unable to identify the maker as yet. A hand carved figure of the Buddha, possibly in bone, but more likely ivory (the typical graining is not visible, but the colour and feel are correct - graining may only be visible under the gold) mounted in an 18k yellow gold setting. Dating to the 1960s, this 1" high pendant or charm features the carving with a gold loop and base. The loop has a maker's mark and the base has the Italian 750 84 H gold mark. A Victorian sterling wirework ball end bracelet bangle from the 1880s-1890s period. This late Victorian (unmarked but tested) bracelet measures 2-1/4 x 1-7/8" across the interior at rest; it is 3/8" wide at the two ball terminals. A Victorian sterling silver ornate floral hand mirror circa 1890 1900. This antique 10-1/2" x 5-3/4" dresser set piece has a she ield cartouche that has not had a monogram. The silver marks are usually found near the base of the mirror at the handle, which in this case appears to have been shortened slightly, you can see a separate line, obscuring the hallmarks. The mirror was tested and it does test as sterling silver. Greatly resembles older Kirk or Steiff silver. This item is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some edge denting, a pushed in area on one side of the handle, and some silvering loss to the mirror back (can be re-silvered).
