A red and gold Murano glass disc necklace 1930s-50s. It is a brilliant cherry color with gold sparkles that people used to refer to as mica glass. This vintage 17-1/2" length necklace has a barrel clasp and gold plated caps on the 13/16" red glass discs. This necklace is "new old stock" (NOS) and could date anywhere from the 1930s to about 1950. It is from the estate of a Toronto jeweller. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
