A 2-1/4" tall vintage sterling silver baby christening mug. This cup has traces of the original interior gilding and it is stamped STERLING 226 with a lion maker's mark. This mug has been buffed to remove some old engraved initials, however some minor dents and faint traces of engraving remain. This mug weighs 77.2 grams, and it is in excellent vintage condition with no bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some shallow denting on one flank, below the lip and around the bottom edge. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use/patina. Silver items are hand polished, not machine buffed. Expedited tracked parcel shipping to the U.S. starts at $21 (other spots may vary, air is higher) - tracking and insurance are included in shipping quotes.
