A sterling silver heart shape photo locket on a sterling link chain c1930s. The 1-1/8" across locket is hand engraved on the front and a lined design on the back, and it is stamped STERLING. The 19" long chain has a spring-ring clasp and it is stamped 925 for sterling (chain appears to be more recent than the locket). This necklace weighs 7.1 grams, and it is in excellent vintage condition with no monograms, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use as would be expected. Silver and silver plated items are hand-polished, not buffed, and our halogens and magnified images may exaggerate otherwise barely noticeable scratches and flaws.
