An Art Deco sterling silver tea ball strainer with chain and ring for steeping loose tea leaves circa 1920s 1930. This vintage and classically simple tea serving piece includes the original chain which anchors the two halves of the ball together, and it has the original finger ring. It is stamped STERLING with the Webster sterling mark and it weighs 20.5 grams. It is in excellent condition with no monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some small denting on one side, and the expected patina. It has not been monogrammed. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
