A 14k seed pearl shamrock straight collar pin or tie pin circa 1900. This antique yellow gold brooch with a 3/8" across shamrock is set with genuine seed pearls. It measures 1-1/2" in length and is stamped 14K in the top leaf, with a manufacturer's mark that looks like an antique key on one side leaf, and there is also a mark /20 on the stem. It closes like a safety pin, it weighs 1.6 grams, and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, losses, corrosion, repairs or damage. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
