A Victorian rolled gold plate crystal spider brooch tie pin circa 1880s. This vintage late Victorian period 2-5/8" long pin has a 7/8" spider with an amber crystal body and amber paste head. This pin has a safety-pin type catch, it is stamped ROLLED GOLD and there appears to be a small 87 and the letter S. It is also stamped W.Bs on the clasp.
