A vintage Art Deco 2-5/8 x 1-1/8" sapphire crystal and white rhinestone brooch c1920. This pin has white metal mounts and a safety catch; it is unsigned and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some minor yellowing to some of the stones. A signed Danecraft sterling silver 16-1/4" long and 1/2" wide necklace and the matching 2" x 1-3/8" brooch, both with an acorn and oak leaf motif. Each is gilt, and the necklace has a gilt silver or brass spring-ring catch and the pin has a safety catch. This 1930s-40s set is in very good original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than the loss of virtually all of the gilding it was possibly deliberately polished off - we would hardly have known it was gilded but that the back still shows gilding. A mid-Victorian 2-1/4 x 1-7/8" reverse painted Essex crystal brooch c1850s-60s. This pin features a rolled gold plated setting with the original long c-clasp and pin. The reverse carved and hand painted flowers have silver paint (with some oxidation on a few of the flowers) and the crystal is bevelled. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs, however there is a small 3/8" segment of the bezel metal missing along one edge. There is an internal glass flaw which appears as a line across the crystal, but this can't be felt on the top of the crystal or seen on the painted underside and it is not a crack. It is barely visible under natural or room lights, however it shows up under our halogens (see picture). A vintage 15-1/2" knotted 3/8" turquoise glass bead necklace with a gold plated ball insert clasp c1950s. This necklace has a tag which says MADE IN U.S.A. which exactly resembles the tags used by Vogue jewellery of New York (1936-77?).
