A Royal Crown Derby 2451 Old Imari pattern English bone china tea cup and saucer circa 1923. The teacup is 3-3/8" tall and the matching saucer is 5-5/8" across. Each has the red Derby mark and the year cipher for 1923 (the saucer has an underglaze 1922 as well). Pre 1970s old Imari is entirely hand painted, unlike now. This particular cup and saucer was also popular for serving coffee. This item is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, losses, damage or repairs.All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use as would be expected. A vintage First Australian Imperial Force (AIF) privately purchased World War I era pin in 9K yellow gold. This 1-5/8" long x 3/4" tall pin appears to have been privately commissioned, as it is 9K gold and it is a copy of the 1904 Type 2 Rising Sun medal, and was most likely produced as a wife/sweetheart pin. It has the early crown and rays, it is fully hand engraved including the legend AUSTRALIAN COMMONWEALTH MILITARY FORCES, and it is stamped 9CT on the back of the pin and on the clasp/closure. It is rose gold with a deep yellow gold wash - you can see traces of the rose gold beneath. It has a old safety-pin style catch, and it is in overall excellent vintage condition with no breaks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs, but please note there are a couple of minute dents on the bar pin section. An individual sterling silver egg cup with Birmingham 1937 hallmarks. This vintage 2-9/16" tall sterling eggcup is a simple design, and has a J monogram engraved on the f side. It has a swirled brown celluloid base cover covering the weighted base. It has a A.S.P Co. mark for the Angora Silver Plate Co. Ltd who were in Birmingham and in London. It weighs 34.9 gr. and it is in very good condition with no breaks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs, but please note that the base has a very slight surface denting which makes it appear a little out of the round - please see picture. An unmarked but Arts and Crafts period bud vase with a square and austere silver plated base and a hand blown and pulled square glass vase insert with a flared neck c1890-1900. This vase measures 7/8" across the base and it stands 6" high; it has all of the handcrafted style expected in the Arts and Crafts European style of this era. We were informed that it probably came from Scotland originally. This vase is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, dents, repairs or damage other than a slight bit of brassing at the edges of the stand. An unusual three piece late 19th century silverplated carving set by Simpson, Hall and Miller. This set has silverplated handles in the form of deer antlers rather than real antlers; it consists of the 16-1/4" carving knife (blade marked SIMPSON, HALL, MILLER & CO. SHEAR STEEL. WALLINGFORD, CT.), the 14-3/8" smooth sided sharpening steel, and the 12-5/8" carving fork.
