A Dorflinger decanter with a blown stopper and label circa 1900. This 12-3/8" tall wine decanter (including stopper) is simple and undecorated and made by Dorflinger Glass Co. (1862-1921). This decanter measures 6" across the body, and this decanter retains its original (slightly worn) Dorflinger small sticker or label on the bottom. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs; it has the expected minor straw marks and imperfections found on early hand-blown glass pieces. There is a slight bit of calcium on the bottom which we haven't removed, and the stopper fits loosely as manufactured. A truly unusual vintage Art Nouveau period 7-1/4" x 4-5/8" porcelain dish with a high relief gilt woman smoking c1900. This unsigned dish has lots of gilding, and the woman is emitting a stream of smoke; there is a smoking cigarette to her right. It has a painted mark of 82 in red and it is probably German or Austrian. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, damage or repairs other than some rubbing and losses to the gilding. A set of six cast gilt brass drawer pulls from the 1900 era or slightly earlier. Each measures 3-1/8 x 3" and they retain their original screws and washers; four are slightly curved and two are flat (probably for a bottom drawer). Each has traces of the original gilding and the loops on each have a red patina while three (two curved, one flat) have traces of red on the backing plates (possibly from a painted piece). They are unsigned, and they are in excellent original condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. An enamel 800 silver enamel snuffbox or snuff box depicting the German resort city of Bad Ems. It measures 1-15/16" x 1-3/8". The lid is slightly convex and it is just under 5/8" deep/tall. The top of the hinged oval box features a completely hand enameled aerial scenic view of the city. It takes a enamelist of some training and skill, as not only must they be able to depict the view properly in enamel, but know how the enamel reacts when it is fired, as the colors change. The enamel is fine quality, and was done by hand. It is stamped either KFK or KEK, and 800. I have seen that mark on a few enamel souvenir spoons and a ring, I believe it dates to possibly around 1900 to 1920. It weighs 26.7 grams, the interior is gilded, and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. Please note that the colors are more true and correct in the second picture. A Cellini Craft Arts & Crafts sterling ladle. This finely crafted Georg Jensen style sterling gravy ladle was made by the American Cellini Craft company of Chicago in the 1930s. This 6-1/4" ladle has a 2-1/4" wide bowl and a hand hammered finish on all surfaces; it has a looping arch of silver with nodes terminating in a ball which stands proud of the handle and is reminiscent of the Georg Jensen style. It is stamped CELLINI CRAFT HANDWROUGHT STERLING S 53 on the back; it has a Gothic style M.E.S monogram on the heel of the bowl. Formed in 1914, this company was bought out by Reed and Barton in 1965. This item is in excellent condition with no staining, losses, dents, corrosion, repairs or damage. A large vintage socket-blade cabinetmaker's slotted screwdriver circa 1920. This furniture maker's tool measures 18" long, including the 7-1/2" faceted massive wood handle with brass ferrule and an incised N initial on the handle. The hexagonal 1/2" wide blade is firmly mounted, and this vintage tool has a wonderful patina.
