A French carved galalith necklace from the 1930s in green and white - NOS. this new pld stock (NOS) French 16" necklace has hand-carved graduated green coated galalith beads. The beads are carved through the green coating, which was done by dipping the beads, then carving them showing the white galalith beneath, and the beads range from 3/16" to 11/16" across. This necklace has a green dipped galalith barrel clasp, and it retains the original store order tag, which has a printed MADE IN FRANCE on the one side, and #700 stock number and $12.00/doz. written on it in pen on the other side. A wonderful Art deco Industrial design black bakelite and aluminum bar pin c1930. This 3-7/8" pin consists of a black black bakelite round rod capped with machined turned round aluminum balls. An Art Deco red bakelite with pink rhinestones bangle bracelet from the 1920s. The original colour of this bangle would have almost surely been a mauve or light purple colour, but vintage Bakelite does usually alter in colour over the years, so the colour is now a warm toffee cinnamon brown shade. This bangle measures 3/16" wide and 3/16" thick, and the interior wall to wall measurement is 2-9/16" across. A dazzling cherry red and sparkling white crystal and paste Art Deco coat or dress clip c1920. The beautiful quality brilliant cherry red unfoiled cut glass stones and the centre white round antique cut rhinestone are riveted (they spin) onto the delicate brass filigree back. The colour is deeper and more sparkling than they appear in our unfortunate pictures... There is a a two spike coat clip behind this, and it measures 1 13/16" across.
