An Edwardian 9k pearl and paste stones brooch circa 1900 - 1910. This antique 1" across yellow gold pin has a 5.7 mm genuine pearl in the center. The pearl has a nice cream-color lustre, and the four surrounding stones are synthetic emeralds (or green paste) and the rest are clear paste (or possibly white sapphires - all of these open-back stones are untested). This Belle Epoque period piece was made with sufficient backing to allow it also to be worn on a hat or as part of the hair-style for the evening. It has the original c-clasp and is marked 9CT on the pin. It weighs 2.0 grams. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. A nicely designed Edwardian silver Baisse Taille enamel octagonal pin c1910-15. This 1" pin has a deep purple border and a central columnar section with lovely opalescent enamel. In the center is a seed pearl, and this pin has the original c-clasp and the 935 sterling mark (probably France or Austria). A 14k black onyx and pearl ring circa 1915 1920. It is really more of an Edwardian transitional piece, but the clean lines predsage the Art Deco design ethic. This antique size 5 ring with an onyx stone and a genuine baroque half-pearl. This ring measures 5/8" x 5/16" across the diamond-shaped onyx; the baroque freshwater pearl is attached to the center. Art Nouveau gilt brass & blue crystal necklace 1910 1920. This necklace has unfoiled hand cut blue crystal stones and this stylish 16-3/4" necklace has a chain and springring catch with five 1" across links with openwork and embossed designs with 3/4" ornate links in between. An Edwardian pot metal paste bangle 1910-1920. This vintage 5/16" wide paste rhinestone hinged bangle is made of dull grey pot metal (brightened in our pictures), and it has dozens of claw-set antique cut paste rhinestones. Paste of this era was less sparkly than later versions and glinted like antique cut diamonds in low lighting conditions (such as at night). It has a double-button box clasp and it is unsigned, and it measures 2-3/8 x 2-1/16" across the interior. A sterling silver enamel military sweetheart brooch pin 1900-1920. This large, lavish Art Nouveau design 2-1/2" x 1-7/16" pin features subtle and lovely lavender enamel flowers and borders, and it is on a textured sterling ground. There is a soldered shield with a central maple leaf applied to the pin, and it has blackened borders around the details - I believe it is a World War One or a Boer War period sweetheart or wives brooch. It closes with a c-clasp, and it is stamped STERLING with the DJ and Castle maker's mark. This item is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, corrosion, repairs or damage.
