A superb pair of true Arts and Crafts stoneware pottery matched ewers in a rich chocolate brown colour, c1880-1900. The upper shoulders or these 7-5/8" ewers or pitchers are in a glossy glaze, and the lower body has a naturalistic matte glaze over a stippled style textured surface topped with a decorative linked band of semicircles. The glaze didn't quite flow to cover the interiors of the hand made spouts and the bottoms are unglazed. They are unsigned, but look and feel like English stoneware - fairly similar in appearance and feel to the Doulton art stoneware, or Lovett's. Their elegant straight angle handles have a look of pieces designed by Christopher Dresser, and these unsigned ewers would look great with any Arts & Crafts or modern decor. A lovely Arts and Crafts period 830 silver high relief rose Skønvirke brooch circa 1900. This antique 2-1/8" x 1-5/8" pin has a long c-clasp and it is marked simply 830. It is quite likely this piece is Scandinavian, it is entirely consistent with early Skønvirke ("beautiful work") made popular by fine Scandinavian silver makers. It greatly resembles early Bernard Hertz work, but is not signed, other than the 830 silver mark. It is typically repousse with a solid flat back, for stability, and it weighs 15.6 grams. A Cellini Craft Arts & Crafts sterling ladle. This finely crafted Georg Jensen style sterling gravy ladle was made by the American Cellini Craft company of Chicago in the 1930s. This 6-1/4" ladle has a 2-1/4" wide bowl and a hand hammered finish on all surfaces; it has a looping arch of silver with nodes terminating in a ball which stands proud of the handle and is reminiscent of the Georg Jensen style. It is stamped CELLINI CRAFT HANDWROUGHT STERLING S 53 on the back; it has a Gothic style M.E.S monogram on the heel of the bowl. A sterling silver enamel military sweetheart brooch pin 1900-1920. This large, lavish Art Nouveau design 2-1/2" x 1-7/16" pin features subtle and lovely lavender enamel flowers and borders, and it is on a textured sterling ground. There is a soldered shield with a central maple leaf applied to the pin, and it has blackened borders around the details - I believe it is a World War One or a Boer War period sweetheart or wives brooch. A fine vintage Arts and Crafts necklace c1910, consisting of a finely carved bone 1-1/2" x 1-18" roses pendant and a contemporary 15" triple-strand white glass bead necklace with springring catch. The unsigned pendant is suspended from a carved 3/4" bone bale, and it was common in this era to combine the natural and manmade in pieces such as this; it is likely that this necklace and pendant were original to each other.
