A fine and vintage Scandinavian sterling silver pair of fish servers mady by the Finnish firm of Miettinen + Nurmi (1947-60). This pair has the date stamp for 1959 and 813H and the maker's mark. The 6-3/8" long fork comes with the matching 7-1/4" long fish knife. Unusually, both the blade and handle are also .813 silver, and this set has never been monogrammed. This pair weighs 68.7 grams and it is in excellent condition with monograms, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a patina on the blade and tines from use. A sterling silver cigarette case with an enamel crest from the Royal Canadian Air Force hallmarked 1937. This vintage classic silver case an engine-turned design and a triple F monogram (probably presented to a World War I soldier) and it retains all of the original interior gilding. The original cigarette retaining spring is present but typically slightly stretched. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham England 1937 and it weighs 97.9 grams. It has the maker's mark for Samuel M. Levi Ltd. The interior guard spring for the cigarettes is still present, but a bit stretched at each end. The case closes shut firmly and is aligned, but please note there is a slight bowing in the middle. This is likely an easy fix, even an at-home one. This item is in otherwise excellent vintage condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. This is an Art Deco English sterling silver globe-shape ashtray with cigarette rest, fully hallmarked for London 1928. This 3-1/4" tall smoking accessory has a square-shape base, and it has the hallmarks for the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company, the famous London makers of precious metal items. It has a later-added circular piece of felt added to under the base (which can be removed if you prefer to change that). A very scarce Paden City #300 Archaic style ice tub with the famous Cupid etch. This pink Depression or Elegant glass item stands 4-1/4" high (excluding the 1/2" tab handles) and it is clean with the expected light wear to the bottom and a crisp and vivid etch. A fine vintage Art Deco style 6-3/4" step sided .800 silver wine slide or coaster. This item was used to slide bottles of wine along the table (most had wood bottoms with felt or fabric). This one is stamped A800 with an A (bee or figure) C maker's mark. This mark was used in Belgium on silver articles after 1942, we have been unable to identify the maker as yet. A Garrard of London sterling silver gravy sauce boat dated 1972. It is fully hallmarked for London, England with a date mark for 1972. It measures just under 6" in length, and is 2-7/8" in width, with a greatest height of 3-1/4" (handle). This elegant boat has three hoof-shaped feet. It has the maker's mark G&Co Ld for Garrard and it is stamped GARRARD & Co Ltd 112 REGENT STREET LONDON W on the bottom. Garrard & Company is one of the most, if not the most prestigious goldmith and jeweller in the UK, and was until recently the Crown jeweller. A Royal Crown Derby 2451 Old Imari pattern English bone china tea cup and saucer circa 1923. The teacup is 3-3/8" tall and the matching saucer is 5-5/8" across. Each has the red Derby mark and the year cipher for 1923 (the saucer has an underglaze 1922 as well). Pre 1970s old Imari is entirely hand painted, unlike now. This particular cup and saucer was also popular for serving coffee. A vintage First Australian Imperial Force (AIF) privately purchased World War I era pin in 9K yellow gold. This 1-5/8" long x 3/4" tall pin appears to have been privately commissioned, as it is 9K gold and it is a copy of the 1904 Type 2 Rising Sun medal, and was most likely produced as a wife/sweetheart pin. It has the early crown and rays, it is fully hand engraved including the legend AUSTRALIAN COMMONWEALTH MILITARY FORCES, and it is stamped 9CT on the back of the pin and on the clasp/closure. It is rose gold with a deep yellow gold wash - you can see traces of the rose gold beneath. It has a old safety-pin style catch, and it is in overall excellent vintage condition with no breaks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs, but please note there are a couple of minute dents on the bar pin section.
