A sterling silver heart shape photo locket on a sterling link chain c1930s. The 1-1/8" across locket is hand engraved on the front and a lined design on the back, and it is stamped STERLING. The 19" long chain has a spring-ring clasp and it is stamped 925 for sterling (chain appears to be more recent than the locket). A 4-3/4" tall splint and sweetgrass woven Native American Northeastern embroidery or sewing thread lidded basket c1900-30. This 5" diameter Penobscot or Passamaquoddy basket retains traces of its original green and red colour and the sweetgrass still has a pleasant aroma. A scarce and early red and white transfer large 10-1/2" rim soup bowl c1830s, in the Tadmor In The Desert pattern. From Jackson's Warranted (England) Holy Bible series, this early c1830s bowl is in fair original condition with no cracks, or repairs; it has the following condition notes - some minor inner rim losses (largest shown is 1/2", looks like a spoon rested in that spot for about 150 years, the rest are small), some minor outer edge glaze flakes, loss of gloss and fine network of cutmarks to the bowl interior from decades of use (not affecting transfer), allover crazing visible on back only, stained area on back. In fine condition considering its age, this scarce bowl shows quite well. A decorative Royal Doulton series ware Bread as Pleasure D3444 plate with an heraldic motif, in the pattern number D3444. This plate features a green acanthus border with repeating turrets and scroll sections and a central crest with a lion and the legend BREAD AS PLEASURE DRINK BY MEASURE. An antique pair of Niagara falls souvenir milk glass spills or mantle vases. These vintage 6" inch tall vases have sprayed-on green colour and hand painted scenes of the falls with thickly dabbed white "foam". The legend SOUVENIR OF NIAGARA FALLS is painted in gold, and these vases show the roughness, straw marks and flaws typical of such souvenir ware. The glass was usually made of stock moulds and was quickly and inexpensively produced. These vases would have been undecorated blanks originally, painted to order for a wholesaler or shop. An Art Deco Danecraft deer in the woods sterling pin from the 1930s-1940s. This great vintage sterling silver 2-1/8" x 1-3/4" brooch depicts a deer feeding in the forest. This pin features a safety catch, a true Deco style, and it is stamped STERLING with an HB maker's mark, and a somewhat scratched out Danecraft mark can be seen. Not sure how long this mark was used, but we have seen this combination on a few older Danecraft pieces. Possibly Danecraft purchased some older stock from another manufacturer when it was first starting up?? This lovely quality blown glass 8-1/4" tall pitcher has an applied handle, and it features a fine etched Arts and Crafts style motif with subtle vertical ribbing. The pontil is smoothly polished. We have had stemware previously in this pattern, which we have been unable to identify (can you help?). A Navajo sterling silver and nephrite jade ring circa 1960s. This vintage hand made statement size 6 ring is unsigned, which is not unusual in older pieces. It was brought here from Arizona approximately 50 years ago. It measures 1-3/4" x 5/8" across the top section, and weighs 10.2 grams. There are 3 star-like symbols at each end, which may represent the tribal hogan, or home.
